Have the car that is most likely the final application the LS7 will be used in.
What a wonderful sendoff.

Why is that? Why no more LS7?

Too big and inefficient for modern regulations.

What will replace it?

In the Z06, the supercharged 6.2L LT4.

A quad-turbo 2.0L duh

Is it better?

Oh Nibby...Why you be foolin with my logic. They stole Ford's 3.5L Ecoboost and bored it out to 4.2L and added twin quad-scroll turbochargers. :P

Numbers wise, yes. Over 140 more horsepower, 180 more torques.

Mechanical reliability and modification-wise?

They'll probably be equally reliable, they're both small block GM V8s, after all.
Mod wise, right now the LS7 is gonna have more support, considering the LT4 isn't in any production cars yet.

I don't know anything about ls or lt motors. :p

The camaro does not deserve the power house that is the LS7
![]() 08/18/2014 at 00:47 |

Why not?
![]() 08/18/2014 at 01:01 |

The ls7 was made for the c6 z06 and that is the only place that it belongs. I could go on and on about it, but to simplify, I just don't think the current gen camaro deserves the ls7. The z28 is GM spitting in the face of c6 z06 owners.
